Business Development Executive

Codenia Technologies LLP is currently hiring a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets

2. Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization

3. Generate leads and cold call prospective clients for an effective sales pitch

4. Interact with clients over a phone call to make them understand our products and services in a convincing attitude and will also be responsible for after-sales

5. Understand the needs of our existing clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these

6. Maintain regular communication with your head to successfully execute the business strategy and take follow-up on their business leads too

7. Create effective business proposals and share the same with the client

Required skills:

Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.

Extensive sales experience.

Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

Professional yet affable disposition.

Neat, well-groomed appearance.

Great networking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

Emboldened by challenges.
